TENGA also makes iroha, its women's line launched in 2013, & runs TENGA Healthcare.

The CUP, EGG, POCKET & UNI ranges are made for 1 use: TENGA says they should be discarded after use, whatever happened, for hygiene. The FLIP series (FLIP ZERO, FLIP ZERO EV, FLIP ORB, FLIP 360), SPINNER & SPINNER DX, 3D, GEO, FLEX, Puffy, Bobble, AERO & ARTE are reusable, wash under running water & most come with a drying stand or case.

Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) sleeves inside PE, PC, PP or ABS cases; the 3D uses an antibacterial elastomer. TENGA states that it uses no harmful materials such as vinyl chloride, that every lotion ingredient is tested for body safety, & that the CUP lotions carry an EU cosmetics toxicological assessment. Oil-based & silicone lubricants must not be used on the sleeves.

Yes. CUPs are pre-lubricated (a Smooth Pad insertion ring plus lotion inside), EGG, POCKET & UNI include a lotion pouch, & the reusables ship with sample pouches of HOLE LOTION or TENGA Lotion. For repeat use stock Tenga Lotion Regular, Mild or Light, launched in March 2024 for the reusables, & Egg Lotion; water-based only.

Rinse under cold or tepid running water with mild soap only, never alcohol or other cleaners, then air-dry completely on the supplied stand, side arms or drying case before storing, to avoid mould. Keep the FLIP 360 & AERO out of water above 50 °C, store the 3D at room temperature, & keep the FLIP ZERO EV charging base dry, as it is not waterproof.

Standard & PREMIUM CUPs have an insertion area of about 15 cm by 4.5 cm; U.S. (Ultra Size) CUPs are about 18 cm by 6 cm, 1.2 times larger with stronger suction; SD (Super Direct) CUPs are shorter at about 11 cm by 6 cm for direct stimulation of the tip. Most CUPs come in Standard, Gentle (softer, white) & Strong (firmer, black), some in Extra Gentle & Extra Strong. EGGs start at 5 cm by 4.5 cm & stretch to fit; the SPINNER DX carries 40% more elastomer than the SPINNER.

TENGA renewed its CUP series & renamed 4 of the cups: Deep Throat CUP became ORIGINAL VACUUM CUP, Soft Tube CUP became SOFT CASE CUP, Double Hole CUP became DUAL SENSATION CUP & Air Cushion CUP became AIR FLOW CUP; the ROLLING HEAD CUP kept its name. Sexy Living lists the current names with the old ones in brackets, so staff & customers can find them either way.

TENGA's electronic items carry a 1-year warranty from purchase, with proof of purchase: the FLIP ZERO EV series, the Cup Vibrator & the Flip Warmer; the SVR rings 6 months. Non-electronic items such as the FLIP ZERO, FLIP ZERO GRAVITY & the disposables carry no warranty on tenga.co, though TENGA still asks to hear about factory defects.
