For retailers

The soft-&-hard shell can be squeezed from any direction, an elastic ring & orb sit inside the thickest elastomer the Flip series has used, & a 1-button lock replaces the slide arms of the Flip Zero. It opens flat for washing & the cap is its drying stand. Tenga is a restricted brand: no listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Etsy (restricted brands). TENGA gives no warranty on non-electronic items; Sexy Living still handles factory defects: send us a photo or video & we replace the unit or credit your account. FAQ's

What makes the Tenga Flip Flexy different from the other Flip models?

TENGA calls the Flip Flexy the first flexible product in its Flip series. Its shell combines soft & hard materials, so it can be squeezed from any direction, including at the hinge. Inside, an elastic ring & an orb are embedded in what TENGA says is the thickest elastomer in the history of the Flip series. It closes with a 1-button lock, opens flat for washing, & the cap doubles as a drying stand. The hard-cased alternative is the Flip Zero.

How do customers clean & dry a reusable Tenga?

Rinse under cold or tepid running water with mild soap only, never alcohol or other cleaners, then air-dry completely on the supplied stand, side arms or drying case before storing, to avoid mould. Keep the FLIP 360 & AERO out of water above 50 °C, store the 3D at room temperature, & keep the FLIP ZERO EV charging base dry, as it is not waterproof.

Do Tenga products come with lubricant?

Yes. CUPs are pre-lubricated (a Smooth Pad insertion ring plus lotion inside), EGG, POCKET & UNI include a lotion pouch, & the reusables ship with sample pouches of HOLE LOTION or TENGA Lotion. For repeat use stock Tenga Lotion Regular, Mild or Light, launched in March 2024 for the reusables, & Egg Lotion; water-based only.
