For retailers

The Doxy Go is the compact, rechargeable wand in the Doxy range, sized to travel. Purple rounds out the 3 finishes alongside Black & Pink, & is worth carrying where customers are choosing on colour. For a customer who wants a full-size wand instead, show the Die Cast Max Cordless or the mains-powered Original Plug-In. Sexy Living handles all claims: send us a photo or video of the fault & we replace the unit or credit your account. See the full Doxy range & our wand massagers category.

FAQ's

Should I stock the plug-in or the cordless Doxy wands?

Both, because they answer different questions at the counter. The plug-in wands, the Original Plug-In & the Die Cast Max Plug-In, run from the mains, so there is no battery to charge or to wear out. The cordless wands, the Die Cast Max Cordless, the Die Cast Compact Cordless & the compact Doxy Go, recharge & can be used away from an outlet. Keeping 1 of each on the shelf lets a customer choose on the spot.

How does the Doxy Go compare with the full-size Doxy wands?

The Doxy Go is the compact, rechargeable wand in the range, sized for a handbag or a suitcase rather than a bedside table. It is the one to show a customer who wants a wand for travel, or who has found a full-size wand too big to handle. For the full-size feel, show the cordless Die Cast Max Cordless or the mains-powered Original Plug-In.

What warranty applies to Doxy, & who handles a faulty unit?

Sexy Living handles it, not the manufacturer. If a Doxy fails, send us a photo or video of the fault & we replace the unit or credit your account. Defective products only: used stock, opened packaging & tester units are not returnable. Full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.

Does Sexy Living provide Doxy testers for in-store display?

Yes. Sexy Living supplies Doxy testers to brick-&-mortar retailers so customers can feel the weight & the power before buying: 1 tester per store, supplied with the purchase of 3 units of that model. Testers are for in-store display only, cannot be sold or given to customers, & are not available to dropshipping-only accounts. Ask your Sexy Living rep or contact us with the Doxy models you stock; availability varies by model.
