FAQ's

How does the We-Vibe Squeeze remote work?

By pressure, not buttons. The remote has a soft air pocket; the harder it is squeezed, the stronger the vibration, & letting go eases it off. It was built for the middle of sex, when nobody wants to look at a control. On Chorus Pro the Haptic version also vibrates in the hand at the same intensity as the toy, so the partner feels what they are doing. The remote also anchors the Bluetooth link to the We-Vibe app, so it needs to be within reach when the app is in use.

What is Pleasure Air & which We-Vibe products use it?

Pleasure Air is the patented air-pulse technology developed by Womanizer: pulses of air stimulate the clitoris without touching it, which suits customers who find direct vibration too intense. Since We-Vibe & Womanizer share a parent company, We-Vibe uses it in Melt & Melt 2, with the difference that both are app-controlled for partner & long-distance play.

What is the We-Vibe warranty & who handles a claim?

We-Vibe products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects, double the 1 year most app-toy brands offer. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not We-Vibe: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account. No shipping the product overseas & no customer sent to the manufacturer.
