What does the gyroscope in Gush 2 Motion actually do?

It turns the wearer into the remote. The gyroscope reads tilt, rotation & shaking & converts them into vibration patterns sent live to any other Lovense toy paired in the app, the same Master Control feature found in Max 2, Solace Pro & Velvo. In practice: his rhythm controls her Lush or Ferri, in the same room or across the world. Without the gyroscope, the standard Gush 2 is controlled from the app like any other Lovense toy.

What is the Lovense warranty & who handles a claim?

Lovense products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not Lovense: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account. Retailers never need to contact the manufacturer or ship the product overseas.
