FAQ's

What is the difference between the Le Wand Original, Petite, Classique & Mini lines?

Size, power & price. The Original is the full-size rechargeable wand with a flexible neck & silicone head, also in Die Cast metal & plug-in versions for the customer who wants mains power. The Petite is the same design scaled down for travel, with 10 speeds & 6 patterns. The Classique line is the entry price point, in full, Petite & Micro sizes, & carries a 3-year warranty. The Mini line is the impulse tier: micro wands & Mini Vibe bullets at a counter-display price.

What is the Le Wand warranty & who handles claims?

Le Wand covers its products with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials, & the Classique line with a 3-year warranty. Retailers never deal with the brand directly: Sexy Living handles every warranty claim on products bought from us. Send us the customer's proof of purchase & a photo or video of the fault & we replace the unit.

Which Le Wand products should a store stock first?

The Original in 1 or 2 colours: it is the wand customers ask for when they want something better than the classic. Add the Classique as the price-point wand, the Mini Micro Wand counter display at the till, & 1 attachment (the Stroke for men) so the wand sells to every customer. Le Wand's own lubricant & toy cleaner are the attach sales.
