FAQ's

Which ROMP products should a store stock first?

Rose, Shine & Flip cover the 3 biggest asks (air-pulse, air-pulse with more levels, wand) at entry prices. Add Jazz for rabbits, Beat for bullets & Juke for couples. The colours are the display: 1 of each on a shelf reads as a range. Sexy Living supplies a tester with a first order of 3 units.

What is the ROMP warranty & how are claims handled?

Every ROMP product carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not WOW Tech: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account.
