FAQ's

Which Handy sleeves does Sexy Living stock?

5 sleeves. From the Dream Collection, the Lips Sleeve (simulates oral sex), the Touch Sleeve (a hand-like grip) & the Lotus Sleeve (soft pressure & wavy patterns); the Pearl Sleeve from the Mermaid Collection, with soft pearl shapes inside; & the Flow Sleeve from the Stamina Collection, a smoother sleeve with less sensitivity for longer sessions. Every one fits The Handy 2 & The Handy 2 Pro.

Can The Handy 2 & The Handy 2 Pro use the same sleeves?

Yes. Every Handy sleeve fits both models through the ClickOn system, so a store can carry 1 set of sleeves for the whole range. The TrueGrip Gen 3 sleeve supplied in the box is the starting point; the Dream, Mermaid & Stamina sleeves change the sensation.

How should Handy sleeves be cleaned & maintained?

Rinse the sleeve with water & a little soap straight after use & let it dry; the sleeve dryer supplied with the Pro is made for this. Use a water-based lubricant to limit wear on the sleeve material.

What is The Handy warranty & who handles a claim?

Ohdoki gives The Handy a 1-year warranty on the motor, gear & electronics against manufacturing defects. Sleeves & the TrueGrip band are not covered, & opening the device voids the warranty. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not the manufacturer: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account.
