FAQ's
Next or Premium 2: what does a customer get for the step up?
3D Pleasure Air & Climax Control. Next lets the user set the depth of the air waves (3 levels) as well as the intensity (14 levels), & its Autopilot varies both; Womanizer also calls it the quietest model. Premium 2 has 14 intensities of standard Pleasure Air, Autopilot 2.0, Smart Silence & a longer 240-minute battery against Next's 120. For a first Womanizer, Premium 2; for the customer upgrading from one, Next.
What is the difference between Pleasure Air & 3D Pleasure Air?
Pleasure Air, the original, pulses air at the clitoris in a mix of suction & massage without touching it; every Womanizer uses it. 3D Pleasure Air, on Next & Next Duo, adds Dynamic Dimension Drive: the air moves in more than 1 direction, which Womanizer describes as feeling more natural, & Climax Control lets the user set the depth of the waves as well as the speed. Next reaches lower pressures than earlier models, so it can be intense without overstimulating.
What is the Womanizer warranty & who handles a claim?
Womanizer products carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects, the longest of any app-toy or air-pulse brand we distribute. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not Womanizer: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account. No shipping the product to Germany & no customer sent to the manufacturer.
