How does the Deia Hot & Cold work?

The G-spot tip warms with the sun button & chills with the snowflake button, on top of 10 vibration settings on a separate button, which Deia counts as 32 combinations. The cold setting switches itself off after 2 minutes. Deia says some warmth is normal but the device should never be uncomfortably hot. A full charge takes 180 minutes & runs 80 minutes on the highest setting.

What are Deia toys made of & which lubricant should customers use?

Body-safe silicone that Deia states is free of phthalates, BPA & latex, on every device. Deia recommends water-based lubricant only & warns that silicone-based lubricants can damage silicone toys. Store each device apart from other toys, because different materials can damage each other in contact.

What is the Deia warranty & how do Sexy Living retailers handle a defect?

Deia warranties its devices against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original purchase date, with proof of purchase, & repairs or replaces at its option.
