Rinse the sleeve with water & a little soap straight after use & let it dry; the sleeve dryer supplied with the Pro is made for this. Use a water-based lubricant to limit wear on the sleeve material.

What is The Handy warranty & who handles a claim?

Ohdoki gives The Handy a 1-year warranty on the motor, gear & electronics against manufacturing defects. Sleeves & the TrueGrip band are not covered, & opening the device voids the warranty.
