FAQ's

What is in the b-Vibe cock ring range?

3 families, all silicone, all non-vibrating & all priced as add-on sales. Flex Ring is the super-soft secure-fit line in a dozen shapes (Grip, Drip, Loop, Delta, Spike, Tread, Tap, Bulk, Shaft, Band). Snug Ring is the soft-stretch line: Lite & Swole 3-packs, the nubby Orbit & the Tri-Sling cock-&-ball sling. Stretch-Tech is the ultra-stretchy line (Barrel, Double Barrel, Choke), & the Lasso Grip is fully adjustable for the customer who cannot be sized. Stock a 3-pack & 2 single shapes at the till; they sell with every plug, dildo & strap-on kit.

What is the b-Vibe warranty & who handles claims?

b-Vibe gives a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials & workmanship on its vibrating products. Retailers never deal with b-Vibe directly: Sexy Living handles every warranty claim on products bought from us. Send us the customer's proof of purchase & a photo or video of the fault & we replace the unit.
