FAQ's

Which Hush 2 size should a customer start with?

Hush 2 comes in 4 diameters: 1 in for first-time users, 1.5 in for anyone comfortable with a small plug, 1.75 in & 2.25 in for experienced customers who want fullness. All 4 share the same motor, app features, battery & waterproofing; only the diameter & insertable length change.

Lush Anal or Hush 2: which anal Lovense should a customer choose?

Lush Anal is the small, wearable one: 21.5 mm wide, flat head, LED tail, built for all-day wear & camming. Hush 2 is the classic vibrating plug in 4 diameters (1 in to 2.25 in) for customers who want fullness & a choice of size. Both are app-controlled & IPX7; start beginners on Lush Anal or the 1 in Hush 2.

What is the Lovense warranty & who handles a claim?

Lovense products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not Lovense: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account. Retailers never need to contact the manufacturer or ship the product overseas.
