FAQ's

Pivot 2 or Verge 2: which We-Vibe ring?

Who the vibration is for. Pivot 2 is a couples ring: worn during sex, it sits between the 2 bodies so the partner's clitoris gets the vibration too. Verge 2 wraps the penis & testicles with an arm that presses into the wearer's own perineum, for solo use or partnered sex where the focus is on him. Both are stretch silicone & run on the We-Vibe app.

What makes a We-Vibe a "couples vibrator"?

The C shape. One end sits inside against the G-spot & the other rests on the clitoris, so the toy stays in place during penetrative sex & both partners feel it. We-Vibe invented the format in 2008 & it was the first C-shape vibrator made from medical-grade body-safe silicone. Every model in the Sync & Chorus families works this way; Chorus & Chorus Pro add a squeeze remote so a partner can control intensity by hand.

What is the We-Vibe warranty & who handles a claim?

We-Vibe products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects, double the 1 year most app-toy brands offer. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not We-Vibe: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account. No shipping the product overseas & no customer sent to the manufacturer.
