FAQ's
What is SenSonic & how is it different from air-pulse toys?
SenSonic sends sonic waves into the whole clitoral structure, inside & out, without direct contact & without suction; air-pulse toys use pulsing air pressure that feels like suction. Customers who find air-pulse toys too intense or numbing often prefer sonic. The sonic line is Sona 2, Sona 2 Cruise, Sila (gentlest), Sona 2 Travel & the F1S V2X for men.
What does Cruise Control do?
Most toys lose power when pressed hard against the body at the moment it matters. Cruise Control senses the pressure & raises intensity to hold power steady. It is on Sona 2 Cruise, Dot Cruise, Enigma Cruise & the F1S V2X; the non-Cruise versions of each are the lower-priced options.
What is the LELO warranty & how are claims handled?
Every LELO product carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects plus a 10-year quality guarantee. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not LELO: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account.
