Every current We-Vibe pairs by Bluetooth to the free We-Vibe app (iOS & Android). From it the user runs the built-in modes, builds & saves custom vibrations, & sends an invitation that hands control to a partner anywhere in the world, with in-app video chat during play. Toys also work on their own buttons with no phone at all, which matters for customers who do not want an app.

What is Smart Silence?

A sensor that only lets the toy vibrate when it is touching skin. Lift it away & it stops; put it back & it resumes at the same setting. It is on models including Wand 2 & the wearables, & it is an easy in-store demo: hold the toy in the air, then touch it, & the customer sees the point immediately.

What is the We-Vibe warranty & who handles a claim?

We-Vibe products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects, double the 1 year most app-toy brands offer. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not We-Vibe: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account. No shipping the product overseas & no customer sent to the manufacturer.
