FAQ's

How does Dame Com compare to a classic corded wand?

Com is cordless, silicone-bodied & built for 1 hand, with a curved handle & flexible neck so the user can rest their arm. Dame calls its motor the most powerful in the range, with 5 intensities & 5 patterns rather than a single dial. It runs about 1 hour per charge, so it is a session wand, not an all-night one.

Is Dame Com good for a first wand?

Yes. Dame positions Com for first-time wand users as well as experienced ones: the lowest of its 5 intensities is gentle, the flexible neck & light body make it easy to hold, & the travel lock stops it switching on in a bag. It is the top seller on Dame's own site.

What is the Dame warranty & how do Sexy Living retailers handle a defect?

Dame warranties all products against defects in materials & workmanship for 3 years from purchase, with proof of purchase, regardless of where the product was bought. Sexy Living retailers do not deal with the manufacturer: send us a photo or video of the defect & we handle the replacement. Defective products only.
