FAQ's

What makes Dame Pom different from other external vibrators?

It bends. Pom has no rigid internal frame, so the soft silicone body flexes to the user's hand & body; the tip gives pinpoint stimulation, the flat face gives broad coverage. It has 5 intensities & 5 patterns, is waterproof & runs about 1 hour on high.

Pom or Com: which should a customer choose?

Pom for a compact, flexible vibe that fits in the palm & travels easily; Com for wand power with a handle & Dame's strongest motor. Both are external, waterproof, have 5 intensities & 5 patterns, & run about 1 hour per charge.

What is the Dame warranty & how do Sexy Living retailers handle a defect?

Dame warranties all products against defects in materials & workmanship for 3 years from purchase, with proof of purchase, regardless of where the product was bought. Sexy Living retailers do not deal with the manufacturer: send us a photo or video of the defect & we handle the replacement. Defective products only.
