FAQ's

Why is Dame Zee plastic instead of silicone?

Zee is the 1 Dame vibrator made of soft-touch ABS plastic; every other Dame vibe is medical-grade silicone. Dame states all its materials are body-safe. The practical difference at the counter: with no silicone surface, Zee works with water-based, silicone or hybrid lubricant, where the silicone models are water-based only.

Is Dame Zee waterproof & how long does it run?

Water-resistant, not submersible: fine for the shower, not the bath. It runs about 1 hour on its highest speed & recharges in about 1 hour on the included micro-USB cable. 3 speeds, 3-year warranty.

What is the Dame warranty & how do Sexy Living retailers handle a defect?

Dame warranties all products against defects in materials & workmanship for 3 years from purchase, with proof of purchase, regardless of where the product was bought. Sexy Living retailers do not deal with the manufacturer: send us a photo or video of the defect & we handle the replacement. Defective products only.
