FAQ's

Which LELO products should a store stock first?

Sona 2 Cruise, Soraya Wave & Smart Wand 2 cover the 3 biggest luxury asks. Add Gigi 2 or Mona 2 as the entry LELO, Tor 3 for couples & Hugo or Loki for the men's wall. HEX condoms & the cleaning spray are the counter items. Sexy Living supplies a tester with a first order of 3 units.

What is the LELO warranty & how are claims handled?

Every LELO product carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects plus a 10-year quality guarantee. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not LELO: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account.
