FAQ's

Which LELO toys have WaveMotion?

WaveMotion moves the internal arm in a come-hither, finger-like curl instead of only vibrating. Soraya Wave & Ina Wave 2 are the rabbits, Mona Wave the single-arm G-spot massager, Enigma Wave the 3-motor flagship, Ida Wave the wearable & Loki Wave 2 the prostate massager. It is the feature to demonstrate on the tester: once a customer has seen the arm move, the sale is simple.

What is the LELO warranty & how are claims handled?

Every LELO product carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects plus a 10-year quality guarantee. For Sexy Living retailers the claim goes through us, not LELO: send a photo or video of the fault & the proof of purchase, & we replace the unit or credit your account.
