Do I have to use Shopify to dropship?

Our app is currently available only on Shopify. However, if you are using a different platform, you can still dropship with us by downloading our most recent product and inventory CSV files. Please note that you will need to manually update your inventory and place orders directly on our website, ensuring that your customer's shipping address is used for delivery.

Why do you need my credit card?

We need your credit card to process orders without delays. It’s stored securely through Stripe vault. You keep all the money from your customers, and we charge you the wholesale price plus $18.50 CAD for shipping. All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars.

Are there any fees for using the dropshipping service?

No hidden fees! You only pay for the products you sell and shipping. No contracts or setup costs.

Where is your warehouse located?

We're located in BC, Canada.

Where do you dropship to?

We ship anywhere within Canada and the USA.

How much is shipping?

It's $18.50 CAD to ship expedited.

My customers are Americans. Will they need to pay custom/duty fees?

If it's valued at $800 or less, it's duty-free.

What does the label/parcel look like? Can I customize the boxes?

Adult toy consumers value discretion, so we ship orders in plain brown Uline boxes with no identifying markers. The label will include our address, but the company name will appear as 'Shipping Department.'

Can my customers order testers?

Our toy testers are for brick-and-mortar stores only and can't be sold or given to third parties. However, if you’re running a promotional campaign and need a sample for review, we can help. We'll reach out to the manufacturer to request a sample for you.

Why can't I find some products from your wholesale site on the dropshipping app?

Certain manufacturers restrict their products from being dropshipped, which is why they are unavailable on the app.

Why does the app keep asking for my credit card again?

Our app only accepts Canadian or American credit cards. Please double-check that you're using a valid card from one of these countries.

How do I mark up the prices?

To adjust prices for all products, use the markup calculator next to the "Import All Products" button. Click the "0%" to set your markup. You can also click on individual product prices to change them one by one.

The products are showing out of stock on my website.

Ensure the products are connected to our warehouse. Open the product description, scroll down to 'Inventory,' and under 'Locations,' make sure 'Sexy Living Dropshipping' is listed. If it's not, click 'Edit locations' and check 'Sexy Living Dropshipping.' Please contact us if 'Sexy Living Dropshipping' is not available in 'Edit locations.'

My markup prices won't save/keep changing back.

Markup prices will revert if the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is violated. Compare your prices to the manufacturer's website and ensure they're not more than 10% below the official prices.
